Government amendment No. 78: In page 36, line 43, after ?Bank? to insert the following:?including regulations setting out the form and content of that statement?.This amendment clarifies that the requirements which the bank may prescribe under section 66C(1) relate to the form and content of the compliance statement to be provided to it by credit unions.
