In my speech on Second Stage, I argued that it is important that credit unions move into the electronic age, which is, effectively, the concern of Senator Reilly's amendment. I heard what the Minister of State said but perhaps there should be some flexibility for credit unions. For somebody not to have the ability to remove cash from his or her credit union account through another credit union ATM seems akin to when one could only remove cash from a bank with a particular card. There is a lack of flexibility. Looking at some of the other services that have been discussed and the organisation of services, it is eminently sensible for it to happen with respect to research and marketing services. Could some of those be considered and could the Minister of State have a look at that?
