Government amendment No. 112d: In page 105, to delete lines 38 to 44 and substitute the following: ?(9) For the purposes of subsection (4)(b) the value of a secured debt shall be?(a) the market value of the security concerned determined in accordance with section 101, or (b) the amount of the debt secured by the security on the day on which the vote takes place,whichever is the lesser.?.
