Government amendment No. 59a: In page 71, to delete lines 1 to 3 and substitute the following:?(6) For the purposes of subsection (5), the voting rights exercisable by a creditor at a creditors? meeting under this section shall be proportionate to the amount of the debt due by the debtor to the creditor on the date on which the vote takes place.?.
