Government amendment No. 56: In page 68, between lines 28 and 29, to insert the following: ?(10) Notwithstanding subsections (3) and (4), the fact that a Debt Settlement Arrangement is in effect in relation to a debtor under this Chapter shall not operate to prevent a creditor taking the actions referred to in subsection (3) or (4) as respects another person who has guaranteed the specified debts concerned.?.
