Government amendment No. 27: In page 4 of the list of amendments made in Committee, to delete the text inserted by amendment no. 13 and substitute the following:"(14) In determining what constitutes reasonable living expenses or a reasonable standard of living for the purposes of this section, regard shall be had to guidelines issued under section 23.".
