Government amendment No. 23: In page 27, between lines 31 and 32, to insert the following:"(ii) one item of personal jewellery to a value not exceeding ¤750 or such other value as the Minister may prescribe, where the cost of purchase of that item is not included in the qualifying debts of the debtor for the purposes of subsection (2)(a);".
