Government amendment No. 109: In page 102, between lines 33 and 34, to insert the following: ?(10) Notwithstanding subsections (3) and (4), the fact that a Personal Insolvency Arrangement is in effect in relation to a debtor under this Chapter shall not operate to prevent a creditor taking the actions referred to in subsection (3) or (4) as respects another person who has guaranteed the specified debts concerned.?.
