Government amendment No. 175: In page 122, before the Schedule, to insert the following new section: 157.?The Courts of Justice Act 1924 is amended in section 66?(a) by designating the section as subsection (1), and (b) by inserting the following after subsection (1):?(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the times at which specialist judges of the Circuit Court may take vacations shall be such times as may be approved of by the Minister.?.?.
