Government amendment No. 149: In page 121, before section 147, but in Part 5, to insert the following new section:160.?A personal insolvency practitioner shall not charge fees or costs or seek to recover outlays which are not incurred?(a) in accordance with regulations made under section 149(f), and (b) in a case where a Debt Settlement Arrangement or a Personal Insolvency Arrangement comes into effect, in accordance with the terms of such an arrangement.?.
