Government amendment No. 98:In page 85, subsection (2), lines 28 to 48 and in page 86, lines 1 to 25, to delete paragraphs (c) to (e) and substitute the following:?(c) where the debtor performs all of his or her obligations specified in a Personal Insolvency Arrangement, he or she shall not stand discharged from the secured debts covered by the Personal Insolvency Arrangement except to the extent provided for under the terms of the Personal Insolvency Arrangement;?.
