I thank the Senator for raising this, as I did his colleague in the Dáil. This proposal adding this provision regarding approved intermediaries seems sensible. However, the Parliamentary Counsel has advised it may be prudent to await the final determination of the regulatory approach to personal insolvency practitioners which may lead to some further adjustment of this particular section. Later, we will insert a large section into Part 5 dealing with personal insolvency practitioners. Once this occurs the Parliamentary Counsel wants to reflect on this amendment. I invite the Senator to withdraw this amendment and bring it back to us on Report Stage. I expect we may have some other issues to address also but, if not, I will have no difficulty taking on the Senator's amendment.
