I move amendment No. 35:

In page 30, subsection (2)(c), line 31, after "particular," to insert the following:"negotiation with a creditor or creditors with a view to restructuring the terms of a debt owed, including write-downs, reductions of interest rates, lengthening of maturities, to that creditor or creditors, whether as part of any arrears process otherwise,".
