I move amendment No. 11:

In page 7, subsection (5) lines 32 and 33, to delete all words from and including ?outlining? in line 32 down to and including ?failure? in line 33 and substitute the following:?outlining the reasons it considers non-compliance with the budgetary rule to be in the best social and economic interests of the citizens and the State?.
