Cuirim fáilte roimh an Aire. Tá brón orm go bhfuil mé beagáinín as anáil tar éis dom rith suas an staighre ón gcoiste. I welcome the Minister for Justice and Equality, Deputy Alan Shatter, and I am glad to see that he is in fine form again. I raise on the Adjournment the announcement made by the Minister that an extra allocation of approximately 196 additional Garda cars would be made available. Will he give a breakdown of the number and location of the additional cars and how soon they will be made available? We have seen a spate of minor robberies in the Connemara area in the past couple of months. One of the concerns is that there is only one Garda car available in the whole of south Connemara. We hope that area will benefit from the additional allocation. I would welcome any clarification the Minister may be able to give me.

I apologise that I am out of breath but I got caught at a committee meeting. Between the Minister for Justice and Equality and the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, Deputy Deenihan, they have me on the run.
