Government amendment No. 26: In page 13, before section 17, but in Part 1, to insert the following new section:18.?Section 28 of the Act of 2004 is amended by substituting the following for subsection (1):?(1) Subject to subsection (2), the person who is designated by the Ombudsman as the chief executive officer (by whatever name called) of the Office of the Ombudsman shall be the Director of the Office of the Commission who shall be known and is referred to in this Act as the ?Director?.?.?.
