Will the Leader invite the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources to attend the House after the recess, after he has examined this issue, to discuss how we can put our language to the fore and ensure we are not unduly penalised for using our native language in media such as text messaging, which is used every day by the people of Ireland?
