To ask the Minister for Social Protection to outline if she intends to set up a special fund to assist those property owners in Blackpool, Park Court, Ballyvolane and Meadowbrook, Riverstown, County Cork, who suffered loss as a result of the recent flooding, and who did not have insurance cover for flood damage.
