I apologise to the Minister for coming in half way through. I was at the seminar in the audiovisual room on the decreasing number of eels in our rivers, which is not unrelated and is subject to matters outlined by Senator David Norris. The Senator has been here since 10.30 a.m. and if he is taking a break, it is well deserved.
