This notion of borrowing in order to put money into a fund that is going to save us is bizarre economics, and is precisely the kind of thing the other House is screwing Deputy Mick Wallace over. The Government's behaviour, at international level, is the same behaviour it has criticised in an individual. It is dishonest. It is perpetrating a fraud on the people. We are not allowed to discuss half of the stuff that is here. I tabled amendments because, as I have discussed with the Minister, the body that controls all of this money is inviolable and unaccountable to the Judiciary, the Legislature, the Executive or anything else. It is a kind of mafia. Suppose Mr. Berlusconi were in charge. That would be great. His strings would be pulled from Sicily. What kind of nonsense is this?
