The Order of Business is No. 1, statements, questions and answers on the 2012 sports capital programme, to be taken at the conclusion of the Order of Business and conclude not later than 1.45 p.m., with the contributions of group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes, the contribution of one Sinn Féin Member not to exceed three minutes and the contributions of all other Senators not to exceed one minute when asking questions of the Minister. A Supplementary Order Paper will be issued later today to include the Electricity Regulation (Carbon Revenue Levy) (Amendment) Bill 2012 once it has passed all Stages in the Dáil. I have been advised by the Bills Office that the earliest the debate on the Bill can commence in this House is 5 p.m., as previously advised in the schedule issued earlier this week. If it is not improper to do so at this stage, it is proposed that the contributions of group spokesperson on Second Stage shall not exceed six minutes and those of all other Senators shall not exceed four minutes, with the Minister having ten minutes to reply to the debate, and that Committee and Remaining Stages be taken immediately thereafter.
