I am asking that the Leader allow time for the introduction of the NAMA and Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Transparency Bill 2011. We are asking NAMA to sell everything on the open market in accordance with legislation enacted by the Dáil and Seanad. I halved state on numerous occasions that NAMA is, under section 35 of that legislation, supposed to sell land in accordance with the sale of State assets. The loans and lands are State assets and should be sold by tender or public auction. That is not happening.
