I was correcting what Senator Tom Sheahan said. It would send out the wrong message to say we want a second bailout or we need it. Of course, we need the assurance that it is available if we need it, but we need the stability to say we are growing on our own two feet, that the Government is taking us in the right direction and growing the economy, and that we will grow out of the difficulties.
