Perhaps Senator Harte should visit his local secondary school, St. Eunan's College, where the then Minister, Mary Coughlan, and the Fianna Fáil Government brought the project to the tender document stage but what did the Minister, Deputy Ruairí Quinn, and Senator Jimmy Harte do?
