In the absence of the Taoiseach publishing his report card on a year in Government, I put the House on notice that my group in Fianna Fáil will, in Private Members' time, afford an opportunity for all Members to debate the achievements, or lack thereof, of this Government over the 12-month period. We will produce our report cards on the various Ministers, something the Taoiseach promised to do but has not yet done. In the interests of a proper open debate, from both sides, we should realistically debate the first year in Government and the various items in the programme for Government-----
