Any independent-minded Member of the Dáil or the Seanad who believes in Europe and wants to support the "Yes" campaign should make a declaration now and get in behind the campaign. The bus is going and it will not be diverted by scaremongering about bondholders, promissory notes or anything else that has no relevance to this treaty.
