That is up to him. This is a pro-Europe referendum, which I feel all parties must support. I ask the Leader that, at the earliest convenience, we have a debate in this House on the referendum. Although I am not suggesting the other House would not do so, this House can give the matter proper debate. We saw how the last two referenda, on the 29th and 30th amendments, got lost among the debate on the presidential election and the by-election in Dublin West and there was not proper debate on them. If other legislation coming through the House is too pressing, I have no problem with the House sitting on a Friday for an all-day debate-----
