The need for the Minister for Justice and Equality to clarify whether it is the Government's intention to change Ireland's laws regarding prostitution to bring them into line with the Swedish approach, as advocated by the Turn Off The Red Light coalition.

I have also received notice from Senator Cullinane of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation to outline the need for balanced regional development and for the Government and enterprise agencies to ensure that the recently published Forfás jobs plan delivers for the south east.

I have also received notice from Senator Walsh of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Skills to make a statement on the way in which he intends to address the concerns expressed by the new president of the American Chamber of Commerce regarding the fall of six of our seven Universities in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings.

I have also received notice from Senator Ó Clochartaigh of the following matter:

I have also received notice from Senator Mullins of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to ensure there is no departmental interference with the independent agricultural appeals board.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment. The matters raised by Senators Power, Cullinane, Walsh and Ó Clochartaigh are to be taken at the conclusion of business, and Senator Mullins may give notice on another day of the matter he wishes to raise.
