I have a number of brief technical questions. It may be that the drafters of the Bill have already spotted them, but there are three technical issues to be considered. One is not so much a technical drafting issue, but in the proposed section 24(7)(c)(ii) there is a reference to the continued established tenure of a person in a teaching position under an existing contract of employment. The goal of the section appears to be to allow the Minister to provide that certain teachers, most likely those who have already-----
