Senator Darragh O'Brien and many other Senators referred to the personal insolvency Bill and Senator Ivana Bacik gave a comprehensive reply in regard to that matter. Senators Darragh O'Brien and Fiach MacConghail alluded to No. 1 on the Order of Business. The purpose of No. 1 is to refer the report to the Committee on Procedure and Privileges. That committee will refer the report back to the House, so we can have a debate on it then. If that is not acceptable to the Senators, I am prepared to consider leaving it until next week. We can arrange a debate but the intention is to refer the report to the Committee on Procedure and Privileges. When it comes back from that committee, the House can consider it. I suggest that is the proper way to do business. I want to be helpful in this matter and by doing that, we will achieve what the Senators suggested in regard to a debate.

Senator Darragh O'Brien also referred to the HSE heath service plan. I indicated yesterday that the Minister for Health, Deputy James Reilly, will come to the House to discuss the plan on 14 February, I think.
