The Order of Business is No. 1, referral of motion re the Report of the Joint Committee on Investigations, Oversight and Petitions on "Revised Orders of Reference for the Joint Committee" to the Committee on Procedure and Privileges, to be taken without debate; No. 2, referral of motion to the Joint Committee on Communications, Natural Resources and Agriculture on the role of the Joint Oireachtas Committee under the Broadcasting Act 2009, to be taken without debate; and No. 3, statements and questions and answers on agriculture and fisheries, to commence on the conclusion of No. 2 and to conclude no later than 1.45 p.m., with the first hour confined to agriculture matters and the second hour to fisheries, the contributions of group spokespersons on each topic not to exceed five minutes, with Sinn Féin contributions not to exceed two minutes on each topic and all other Senators not to exceed one minute when asking a question of the Minister.
