On a similar theme, which was also raised by Senator Denis O'Donovan, there are tremendous opportunities to create jobs, specifically in the areas of aquaculture and fish farming. Obviously, there are difficulties with licensing, as there have been in the past. What plan is in place to expedite licences and to eliminate the bureaucracy which has been evident on previous occasions? The Minister mentioned supply not being able to meet demand in China and other areas where fish, including salmon, is concerned. Is there a plan in place to develop this area, which needs to be developed and which can create jobs into the future?
