The point is well made. We cannot let this debate continue to go all over the place. I appreciate the other issues are very important but the pressing budgetary issue is the effect this is having on families who are losing hundreds of euro and cannot afford to put food on the table or pampers on their children and must make decisions on what meal to eat during the day. It is absolutely scandalous and I call on the Minister to reverse the cuts.
