The Cathaoirleach will be very pleased with the issue I am raising. We know that modern fathers wheel buggies and bring their children to the crèche at 7 a.m. or 7.30 a.m. They change nappies and they are sharing in the joys and pain of parenthood. It is a tonic that the British government intends to bring in legislation that fathers can share parental leave.
