Yes, I have a very important issue for the Leader and for the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs, Deputy Frances Fitzgerald. As many know, we would not have created our Celtic tiger without the contribution of women to the economy. When the country was growing at a fantastic rate, we did not have a sufficient number of people for the jobs that were available. Many women went back into the workforce and kept the Celtic tiger going until the inflow of people from eastern Europe.
