-----and rightly so. Senator Walsh has a valid point to make. There is still a substantial amount of expenditure there for last year, and, I presume, this year, in terms of those who remain. It is important, however, that we move on this in light of an agreement from members of the Judiciary. When the judicial council is established, we will have a much greater understanding of the views of members of that group. I do not want this to be seen as some kind of attack on the Judiciary by an automatic removal of these posts.
