We can talk about previous Ministers if we wish. Deputy Hogan is the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government since March. The same officials are in the Department and they do a good job to the best of their ability. What level of information has been obtained from local authorities, given that every county council has granted planning permission since 1963? Has there been consultation with local authorities to find out the number of treatment plants, the number of package plants and the number of sewerage plants?
