Business of Seanad
10:30 am
Paddy Burke (Fine Gael)
I have notice from Senator Trevor Ó Clochartaigh that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:
Chun iarraidh ar an tAire Ealaíon, Oidhreachta agus Gaeltachta cén plé a bhí aige le oifig an tOmbudsman agus leis an Coimisinéir Teanga, roimh ar dhein sé an coinne oifig an Choimisinéir Teanga a ionchorprú in oifig an tOmbudsman.
I have notice from Senator David Cullinane of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Finance to discuss the importance of the domestic economy to economic recovery.
I regard the matter raised by Senator Ó Clochartaigh as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business. I regret I have had to rule out of order the matter raised by Senator Cullinane as it is more suitable for a substantive motion.
