I want to tell the Minister about this because what he is describing in this section is how these people will be prosecuted. I am concerned about my neighbours who could very well be prosecuted under this legislation if this section is allowed stand and their quality of life diminished. I am telling the Minister where he could save a great deal of money, time and effort. He would be able to take on board many of the suggestions Senator Brian Ó Domhnaill has brought to his attention over the past few days.
