I thank the Minister of State. I am trying to ensure that what happens is more than mere casual discussion between Ministers. I will not press the point. We got through 40 sections with great speed in the last few minutes. Those who actually do the work in the classroom are being bypassed in the education sector to an increasing extent. They may have interesting views to express to the Ministers for Health and Education and Skills. It would be better to include them, rather than leaving them out. I will not pursue the amendment.
