We are trawling through the sludge quite well and clarifying many of the issues with regard to this Bill. However, there is a contradiction in the Minister's answer on this specific point. Earlier I asked him - quite specifically, because I was seeking clarification on this point - whether the registration process and the inspection process were for septic tank systems or for groundwater, and he clearly stated that it was to do with the quality of the water and that the specifications would be to do with the water. However, he has just said that the re-registration fee would be paid so that inspectors could go back in and check that the-----
