Why are people being asked to reregister after five years? It just does not make sense. If something does not make sense, it is reasonable to ask if there is some ulterior motive for making people reregister. People make a lifetime investment in their homes and I cannot understand why this timeframe be put on them. Why put any timeframe on it? Having said that, I think the amendment of 40 years is reasonable. I have heard nothing from the Minister on Second Stage or since on why there needs to be a reregistration after five years. That puzzles me.
