I am sure Senator Cullinane got the letter in the door. The clarity I am giving here this evening should ease minds on the fact that we are bringing forward a risk-based assessment. We are bringing forward a fee on a once-off basis to cover administration costs and inspection costs - no more, no less. Unbelievably, I probably did not even acknowledge it sufficiently to Senator Mooney earlier that I have put the €50 in the legislation so that there is no doubt about it. It would have to come back to the House to be amended and I do not intend to do that.
