That is not a point of order, as the Cathaoirleach has said. We should compliment and congratulate the Libyan citizens on taking up positions in the new government. We would all wish the Libyan people every success for the future. Senator D'Arcy also pointed out the opportunities for Irish people in the new Libya. Senator Colm Burke raised the issue of cash for gold and cash for scrap. I will check the status of any Bill dealing with that matter. If we are to have a Bill on that issue I would endeavour to ensure it would be a Seanad Bill and commenced here.
