Senator Harte referred to the capital programme and hopefully we will have the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform in the House next week to deal with that.

Senator Ó Clochartaigh mentioned speaking time for Sinn Féin and I will discuss that with that party's three Senators after the Order of Business.
