There is no amendment proposed to the Order of Business. We have not used up all the time that was provided for the debate on this motion in Private Members' time. It is open to any Senator to put forward a motion for cross-party agreement and a number of us have done so on many issues in the past. That is always an option open to Senator Mullin or any other Senator to put forward a motion to the Leaders of all the groups at any time seeking consensus on a particular issue.
