On behalf of this side of the House, I demand that we find out the names of the professional practitioners in engineering and in architecture who certified these buildings as complying with various regulations set out in the planning and the building control legislation. We have a responsibility to immediately repeal the Building Control Act and to change the rules in order fire certification is not just granted at design stage but at all stages up to completion.
