The Order of Business is No. 1, the Central Bank and Credit Institutions (Resolution) (No. 2) Bill 2011 - Order for Second Stage and Second Stage, to commence on the conclusion of the Order of Business and to conclude no later than 6.45 p.m., with the contributions of group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes and those of all other Senators not to exceed six minutes, and the Minister to be called on to reply to the debate no later than 6.40 p.m.

On another matter, I note that it is becoming a habit for Members to raise items on the Order of Business and then depart from the Chamber. I have no intention in future of replying to Members who will not remain in the Chamber to hear the replies.
