Bill entitled an Act to amend the Dormant Accounts Acts 2001 to 2005, to provide for the exercise by the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government of certain functions relating to the Dormant Accounts Fund and the dissolution of the Dormant Accounts Board and to provide for related matters.
