No. 13, motion No. 7, shall commence at the conclusion of the Order of Business and conclude no later than 1.45 p.m. No. 1, statements on communications, energy and natural resources shall commence at 3 p.m. and conclude no later than 5 p.m., with contributions of spokespersons not to exceed ten minutes, and followed by questions from the floor, to be taken through the Chair.
